What do you like best about Motivosity? The interaction I have noticed from team members recognizing each other for a job well done has been great! They thank each other on a daily basis and we can see the impact it had on not only the member, but the credit union and employee too. What do you dislike about Motivosity? When I am commenting on another employees' recognition, I have the ability to contribute my own money. This is currently set at $1 and I cannot change it on a case-by-case ...

What do you like best about Motivosity? It's been a great tool to connect with sales staff and outside sales people that usually we wouldn't get to connect with as shop employees. Sometimes the site is down or it fails to integrate with Slack properly. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I love that I can not only recognize my colleagues for their contributions, but I also was able to collect Motivosity donations from my colleagues to fund a donation drive for the Buffalo, NY and Uvalde, TX tragedies and redeem those Moto dollars for Visa gift cards to donate to those communities.
