"Great Tool!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? It's been a great tool to recognize team members - both individually and as a group - for achieving goals. Having money attached to shoutouts has also been motivating to me as a leader, knowing that there is some weight behind the shout-outs as well. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There are times, especially at a senior leader level, where having the ability to write a single shout-out to a whole group, but give specific dollar amounts to ...

"How to build team relationship in remote times"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Simple thank you sometimes is not enough, and via Motivosity, you can share the best experience with coworkers cross-company. Never expierinece any similar platform, but this one promotes coworking and teambuilding. What do you dislike about Motivosity? In the beginning, a few interface features confused me. However, after some time, I got used to it. Few views of the interface do not work as a user would expect. What problems is Motivosity solving ...

"Great Tool for Giving Kudos!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Easy user interface; fun to see others participate. LOVE the multiple options for payouts, including a cash card. Giving thanks, extra bucks, and reminders for work anniversaries or birthdays are great tools What do you dislike about Motivosity? Sometimes the transparency can feel weird. Everything seems to work properly though, and i would say the only improvement needed would be a way to earn "thanks points" instead of just the ...

"Truly motivational platform that helps celebrate the business and empowers colleagues!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? As a remote worker, it's hard to see and understand everything that is happening across the business. On the Motivosity platform, I love that I can see the milestones, highlights, and accolades across the entire business. It keeps me informed of how our business is supporting one another. AND it motivates me to engage and celebrate my colleagues and leadership more often. We also pull all Motivosity accolades into our Slack communication channels. I ...

"Fun & interactive program for team building"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that you can immediately reward people for specific items, and it is up to your discretion. You do not need to go through an approval process like through management or anything. Giving people the option to give an amount rather than just a blanket award amount to get something of their choosing...it's much better. Additionally, having the option to pick from a myriad of different gift cards is pretty awesome. Being given $15 each month ...

"it keeps teams engaged. I really like the 1:1 feature and the giftcard marketplace."

What do you like best about Motivosity? It allows me to see how other teams are doing and what relevant work they are doing, which is great for visibility, so teams are not isolated. What do you dislike about Motivosity? That it refreshes the leaderboard once a day. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It improves team communication between departments. So other engineering teams have visibility in the organization with their accomplishments and the impact on ...
