"Fun way to give and earn"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Recognition of coworkers and receiving it myself What do you dislike about Motivosity? I wish the Giving funds didn't expire, at least for regular users - not management necessarily What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I can use funds I earn to reward others. I'm not a manger, so I dont' get a set amount each month so being able to give my own earnings is nice.

What do you like best about Motivosity? The best part is the personality test and the ability to share highlights. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The difficulty of adding individual strengths. Also, I wish 1:1 changes were easier and faster. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Our company is all over the state, so this provides us an opportunity to see what everyone else is up to.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like the way it allows my team to stay connected. This is especially important now because we no longer all work in the same location. What do you like best about Motivosity? Being able to appreciate the team, lots of stores to choose from for shopping, and having the card makes all the difference.
