"Great way to get my employees motivated"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love how we can use the money in any way possible. Also love that we can find as much as we can towards awards. What do you dislike about Motivosity? At times on the desktop, it makes me login too many times. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Love how we can motivate the employees in specific ways that are personal to each of them.

"Great and easy way to recognize good behavior"

What do you like best about Motivosity? The ease of thanking someone. I also love the debit card option which makes it effortless to access my spending money. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Can't think of anything. I honestly am extremely happy with Motivosity. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to easily recognize employee bahaviors that deserve to be rewarded.
