"Motivosity is a great tool with some good ideas!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? It has some really good ideas in helping communicate with my colleagues and showing them that they are doing good work. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Sometimes the UI can make doing things hard. Example: 1 on 1's are a big use case for us, and those seem buried. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem that we have is letting others know that they are doing a good job. Motivosity helps a lot with that.

What do you like best about Motivosity? This software is great for manageing a team. Besides the obvious perks of more frequent recognition, engaging with the entire company is excellent, especially people you don't usually get to associate with. What do you like best about Motivosity? The best part of Motivosity is the recognition system, where you can throw a few dollars a coworker's way for going above and beyond. It's small, but that extra boost for people who do great work helps foster a culture where everyone wants to pitch in a little bit extra. What do you dislike about Motivosity? What do you like best about Motivosity? Its a great platform to bring together employees of a company across different teams! What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is a great platform to express our gratitude toward our colleagues publicly. This is very helpful in making your teammates' day and thus making them feel appreciated.
