What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is a great platform to express our gratitude toward our colleagues publicly. This is very helpful in making your teammates' day and thus making them feel appreciated. What do you like best about Motivosity? It has some really good ideas in helping communicate with my colleagues and showing them that they are doing good work. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Sometimes the UI can make doing things hard. Example: 1 on 1's are a big use case for us, and those seem buried. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? The problem that we have is letting others know that they are doing a good job. Motivosity helps a lot with that.
