"Empowering Praise"
What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity gives us a way to praise others and share resources. Even with those who we do not get to see since working remotely and at various locations. "Very Meaningful"
What do you like best about Motivosity? We are so busy in our daily routine that we may not get around to seeing everyone or even saying hello. It allows us to let peers know that we are thinking about them and appreciate the little things they do to brighten up our day! What do you dislike about Motivosity? "Too Sweet!"
What do you like best about Motivosity? I love how easy everyting is to nagiate to and it has a very clean look. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There is nothing I dislike. Everything works to my satifaction for what what I use it for. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I love being able to thank my coworkers for their help, and the org chart since I am in charge of all scheduling.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love the flexibility in awards, bonuses, praise, recognition, and coaching. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Setup and waiting for the #thanksmatters card to arrive. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Motivosity? Very easy to use. Motivosity has been a game-changer for our organization. What do you like best about Motivosity? An opportunity for team members to recognize each other without the need for managment, it's very self regulating. What do you dislike about Motivosity? It's can be a big financial commitment for a small business to sign up year by year, a month to month or 6 month optioon would be nice. What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is a great tool to use to drive culture in your organization. The ability to not only recognize folks, but the encouragement and metrics to help force you to do it. What do you dislike about Motivosity? What do you like best about Motivosity? The Manage tool is very useful for 1:1's and tracking employee performance over time and across different managers. Employees all love the recognize feature and would probably revolt if we got rid of it. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Occasional bugs here and there like you might expect from a growing software company. "Great tool for recognizing the efforts of coworkers"
What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity makes it easy to recognize coworkers quickly. We use the Slack integration so that when someone is recognized, it gets published to a #kudos channel where everyone can join in celebrating the recognition being given to their peers. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love the way we can commend people both in words and with dollars. I get excited whenever anyone gives me money.
