"Motivating and great way to show support/value co workers"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Giving shout outs and how simple and easy to navigate through the website What do you dislike about Motivosity? The app not being very accessible on an ipad What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? By showing how valued we as staff are by supervisors and is a great way to earn extra cash. Which in turns makes us more productive as employees.

I can not find my history on this new platform! I even performed a help search to find it and the instructions were not updated to the current version. What do you like best about Motivosity? Love how easy it is to be able to highlight co-workers and take notes from meetings with my team. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Honestly, there is not anything that I dislike about Motovosity. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Recognition is a simple yet very effective way to ensure others in the organization feel seen/heard. And Motovosity makes it easy to be able to do exactly that!

What do you like best about Motivosity? Love seeing people being recognized for their hard work. Also, love being able to show appreciation for coworkers. Plus being able to collect a little money never hurts anybody.Lol! What do you like best about Motivosity? Not only is it a great excuse to say thank you to coworkers, but it gives them something with actual value that they can use. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love the encouragement we get from other employees. It's nice to see what others are thankful for in the workplace and among their peers. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love being able to give our rewards to agents and coworkers who deserve the extra recognition. The awards and reminders for birthdays and anniversarys are great! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I honestly have no negatives to say about Motivosity. What do you like best about Motivosity? It's intuitive and easy to use. The interface is beginner friendly and it looks very similar to the typical social media platforms. I like that others can like or comment on posts as well. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I want more categories of thanking them rather than just 4 categories: Friendly, Helpful, Enthusiastic, and Honest.
