"Very Meaningful"

What do you like best about Motivosity? We are so busy in our daily routine that we may not get around to seeing everyone or even saying hello. It allows us to let peers know that we are thinking about them and appreciate the little things they do to brighten up our day! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I haven't come across anything I don't dislike What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me to be more expressive with others

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love how easy everyting is to nagiate to and it has a very clean look. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There is nothing I dislike. Everything works to my satifaction for what what I use it for. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I love being able to thank my coworkers for their help, and the org chart since I am in charge of all scheduling.

What do you like best about Motivosity? The ability to thank other people monetarily has been awesome! What do you dislike about Motivosity? Burn out? Maybe? Having it be exciting and something people consistently look at has been challenging. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Motivosity? I love Motivosity because you can share highlights (pitures) or just shout out your peers, leaders and teams. Its like a business Facebook, keeping everyone in the company informed with ehats going on. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There really isn't a downside. "Motivosity is definitely useful and I love the payment card"

What do you like best about Motivosity? The payment card for spending my balance is great, because I link it to my Nintendo Switch account for treating myself. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I hate being nagged by the popups to review. We use a different tool for performance reviews and eNPS What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Recognizing and rewarding other employees is great for showing gratitude and being rewarded.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity makes it easy to recognize coworkers quickly. We use the Slack integration so that when someone is recognized, it gets published to a #kudos channel where everyone can join in celebrating the recognition being given to their peers.
