"A great tool to drive recognition and appreciation in your organization."

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is a great tool to use to drive culture in your organization. The ability to not only recognize folks, but the encouragement and metrics to help force you to do it. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Some of the calendar intergration parts don't work very well. I have former team members who are on different teams and I still get notifications and auto emails reminding me about no-longer-existing one on ones. What problems is Motivosity ...

"Useful, and employees love it"

What do you like best about Motivosity? The Manage tool is very useful for 1:1's and tracking employee performance over time and across different managers. Employees all love the recognize feature and would probably revolt if we got rid of it. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Occasional bugs here and there like you might expect from a growing software company. They also delete an employees info when you terminate / inactivate them - which is not ideal for somewhere where you store ...

I love seeing how much everyone uses this.
