What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that there are highlights to important dates such as anniversaries and birthdays. I also enjoy being able to see others being rewarded with a thanks. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The only downside is not being able to add multiple pictures to an highlight. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It's showing us the employees are valued and there are always someone who is thankful for you.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love the ability to give my co-workers a little bonus for doing a good job or going out of their way to help me. Everyone needs to know they are appreciated, and giving and receiving Motivosity bucks is a morale booster every time. Features like 1:1 and awards also work well with my company's needs. Since implementation, I've noticed that my team members will recognize one another more often than they would in our team chat or meetings.
