What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that Motivosity allows me to let my coworkers know when I appreciate them and when those feelings are returned. I cannot tell you how many times a bad day was turned around because of a thank you from a collegue. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I wish that we were given more money to give out each month. I know that is set by each company but that is truly my only dislike. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting ...

"Easy to use and a valuable tool"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Its easy to use, recognize colleagues and redeem your dollars! What do you dislike about Motivosity? Nothing, its a great addition to my company! What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? The company implemented this so i am not sure what their goal was, but it is great to be recognized by my co-workers!

What do you like best about Motivosity? The ease of thanking someone. I also love the debit card option which makes it effortless to access my spending money. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Can't think of anything. I honestly am extremely happy with Motivosity. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to easily recognize employee bahaviors that deserve to be rewarded.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love how we can use the money in any way possible. Also love that we can find as much as we can towards awards. What do you dislike about Motivosity? At times on the desktop, it makes me login too many times. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Love how we can motivate the employees in specific ways that are personal to each of them.
