"Makes saying thank you fun!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love the fact that I can send thank yous to others in my organization end everyone can see the recognition. I feel like it helps foster a helping work culture and environment. It makes you feel happy when you see people you know getting rewarded for their assistance. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don't like that if someone shares a notification or sends you a shoutout you cant click to go to it. You have to sort through the board to find ...

"Building relationships within and across teams."

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like having a quick and simple way to tell the people I work with that I appreciate the things they do on my behalf. It is meaningful to them, whether because they too appreciate using it to thank people (and can therefore reuse the buck I send them to thank someone else) or because they can get a gift card with it. It is tangible way to tell people I don't see that often that I appreciate what they do to help me and my team get our jobs done. It ...

"Really cool and unique concept"

What do you like best about Motivosity? It is a great way to give recognition across the company to individuals rather than the recognition being siloed. What do you dislike about Motivosity? It is great to earn money, but it would be cool to be able to use your own bank card to buy company swag rather than waiting until you earn enough motivosity bucks. Sometimes the shout outs are inside jokes which is not very helpful for the company to understand the value of that user. What problems is ...

"Good thank you platform, poor 1:1 review platform"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Thanking people is easy and has great integration with slack as well. I do wish you could thank more than one person with the same message in slack though. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I do not like the 1:1 meeting experience. It is difficult to schedule when you don't have a good integration with google. You should be able to create, edit 1:1 meetings from a google calendar (think zoom integrations). You should also be able to edit one off ...

"Fun little reward platform"

What do you like best about Motivosity? It's very easy to use, fun to reward people. I like the differentiation of Spending Dollars and Giving Dollars What do you dislike about Motivosity? Didn't love the Personality Quiz, but that's more my personal views on them What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me show appreciations for things without saying thank you for the millionth time. Builds relationships with coworkers. Makes me feel appreciated monetarily.

"Decent for recognition"

What do you like best about Motivosity? It shows me how long it's been since someone has been recognized at all What do you dislike about Motivosity? The amount of money we're giving as a company is very little, not very impactful. Nothing wrong with motivosity by itself. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It might be helping with everyone getting to know each other, but I'm not sure.

"Great way to motivate team members!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity allows all team members to give kudos to their peers. It is quick and easy to do, and both the site and app are intuitive. I like the ability to provide spot bonuses to users and appreciate getting them. You can also get a Card to use your Motivosiy bucks with so it feels like an actual reward and not just random points. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The way it tracks which user has been the most active. Also, the ability to acquire ...

"I enjoy these bucks!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Hard work pays off, I enjoy being able to give to others who have worked hard! And that I am also able to receive Motovosity and build up my bucks up over Time! What do you dislike about Motivosity? The only thing with the Moto Card, is that there is no bank account associated with it you cant use it to pay for certain things because it requires a routing & bank #. Being able to transfer the funds to a personal bank account would be awesome! What ...

There is nothing I dislike about motivosity. It is so easy to use and easy to redeem your money! What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I haven't seen any problems come up with motivosity at this time.
