"Decent for recognition"

What do you like best about Motivosity? It shows me how long it's been since someone has been recognized at all What do you dislike about Motivosity? The amount of money we're giving as a company is very little, not very impactful. Nothing wrong with motivosity by itself. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It might be helping with everyone getting to know each other, but I'm not sure.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity allows all team members to give kudos to their peers. It is quick and easy to do, and both the site and app are intuitive. I like the ability to provide spot bonuses to users and appreciate getting them. You can also get a Card to use your Motivosiy bucks with so it feels like an actual reward and not just random points. I'm very disappointed in thd customer care. You have to schedule an appointment to get help and it's very frustrating.
