"Best way to recognize your employees and coworkers!"
What do you like best about Motivosity? Being able to say thanks and recognize employees with money is a great way to boost productivity and promote teamwork! What do you dislike about Motivosity? There is nothing I dislike about motivosity. It is so easy to use and easy to redeem your money! What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I haven't seen any problems come up with motivosity at this time.

"Motivosity is awesome!"
What do you like best about Motivosity? I started using Motivosity at my work and I love it! I am a behavior analyst using positive reinforcement by delivering praise. Adding the bucks and public praise helps my co-workers and keep up the great work without the work place. I will continue to use this app and encourage other companies to get on board. Highly recommend! What do you dislike about Motivosity? No problems for me. I like the application. I recommend to others and companies. But ...

"Great for people recognition"
What do you like best about Motivosity? I can create awards that I give out for monthly behavior. I can let my team and company know they are valued. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I can not think of a reason to dislike this program. It has so many capabilities. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Being virtual, we no longer see each other in person; we can not just go to a desk and say good job. This platform lets us say a good job and let the others ...

"Great integration w/ Microsoft Teams."
What do you like best about Motivosity? I really like the integration with Microsoft Teams as well as the Debit Card that is available. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I would like to be able to "add bucks/praise" from within the Teams integration and not have to go to the website. Additionally, better integration w/ Teams so I don't have to go to the website. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? We are working on sharing our company values throughout or ...

"Motivosity is an incentive program every company needs to have"
What do you like best about Motivosity? I love the ability to give my co-workers a little bonus for doing a good job or going out of their way to help me. Everyone needs to know they are appreciated, and giving and receiving Motivosity bucks is a morale booster every time. Features like 1:1 and awards also work well with my company's needs. We have quarterly awards and weekly 1:1s that are all made easier through Motivosity. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The downsides of using ...

"Excellent "feel good" kudos"
What do you like best about Motivosity? I love the way we can commend people both in words and with dollars. I get excited whenever anyone gives me money. It's great that I can cash in my winnings to Amazon whenever I want. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I'm not a fan of the birthday notifications. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Motivosity gives me a chance to commend my team with real, tangible rewards. It keeps me thinking about others when they ...

"Motivosity"
What do you like best about Motivosity? Its a great platform to bring together employees of a company across different teams! We are able to give each other a "thank you" and attach some money to the thank you as well, which is a great way to show appreciation to coworkers. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I wish there were a pay to dismiss pinned "announcement" at the top of the page after you have read them. It can be annoying to scroll through pinned posts that I have seen a ton of ...

"A simple, fun way to motivate my team members!"
What do you like best about Motivosity? Our company recently started using Motivosity a few months ago. Since implementation, I've noticed that my team members will recognize one another more often than they would in our team chat or meetings. Being able to select which value someone demonstrates is a really cool feature as well, and it makes it easier to specifically call out why an employee is doing a great job. I also like that the main dashboard will remind you which employees you ...
