"Motivosity is easy to use!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I think it is user friendly and good way to help keep co-workers motivated and feel appreciated. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Don't see any downsides to it. Most of the staff use it daily. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Good way to recognize individuals for their hard work and make them feel appreciated. I feel it is more effective than just saying "Good Job". Plus peers get to appreciate each other also.

"Great tool for great culture."

What do you like best about Motivosity? The 'giving' is the most helpful tool. It's really great to be able to send and extra 'Thanks' to coworkers for doing the little things. "Appreciation and recognition with the added bonus of social adaptation"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is easy to use and mimics the benefits of many social networks. I love being able to recognize not only my team but others within my organization. This format provides insight and metrics to help see who (and where!) our team engages with each other! What do you dislike about Motivosity? Recognition is a choice, and that means that not all will participate. I would love to see an enhancement that rewards engagement across the platform. ...

"Motivosity is a great way to send and receive thanks with a remote team."

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love how easy it is to send praise. You can send a paragraph or a sentence for something quick. It helps your peers know you appreciate them.
