"Great tool for great culture."
What do you like best about Motivosity? The 'giving' is the most helpful tool. It's really great to be able to send and extra 'Thanks' to coworkers for doing the little things. What do you dislike about Motivosity? At times, the software can be tricky to navigate. For the typical user, though, it is very straightforward. The One-On-One meeting format could be improved but serves its intended purpose well. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It is helping us ...

"Motivosity is easy to use!"
What do you like best about Motivosity? I think it is user friendly and good way to help keep co-workers motivated and feel appreciated. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Don't see any downsides to it. Most of the staff use it daily. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Good way to recognize individuals for their hard work and make them feel appreciated. I feel it is more effective than just saying "Good Job". Plus peers get to appreciate each other also.

"Marketing Manager"
What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is a great tool to help recognize the achievements of those in my company and a place to remember to thank those who I work with. I love how easy it is to navigate, the app, the card, and how it fosters a spirit of gratitude among the employees of our company. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Motivosity is awesome. The only thing we've had struggles with are a few glitches here and there but every time we've had an issue Motivosity has ...

"Motivosity is a great way to send and receive thanks with a remote team."
What do you like best about Motivosity? I love how easy it is to send praise. You can send a paragraph or a sentence for something quick. It helps your peers know you appreciate them. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I wish I could tell who in the company hasn't received thanks lately so I can make sure to praise them when I get the chance. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Working remotely can sometimes feel isolating, but Motivosity helps me stay ...

"Really cool and unique concept"
What do you like best about Motivosity? It is a great way to give recognition across the company to individuals rather than the recognition being siloed. What do you dislike about Motivosity? It is great to earn money, but it would be cool to be able to use your own bank card to buy company swag rather than waiting until you earn enough motivosity bucks. Sometimes the shout outs are inside jokes which is not very helpful for the company to understand the value of that user. What problems is ...

"Building relationships within and across teams."
What do you like best about Motivosity? I like having a quick and simple way to tell the people I work with that I appreciate the things they do on my behalf. It is meaningful to them, whether because they too appreciate using it to thank people (and can therefore reuse the buck I send them to thank someone else) or because they can get a gift card with it. It is tangible way to tell people I don't see that often that I appreciate what they do to help me and my team get our jobs done. It ...

"Good thank you platform, poor 1:1 review platform"
What do you like best about Motivosity? Thanking people is easy and has great integration with slack as well. I do wish you could thank more than one person with the same message in slack though. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I do not like the 1:1 meeting experience. It is difficult to schedule when you don't have a good integration with google. You should be able to create, edit 1:1 meetings from a google calendar (think zoom integrations). You should also be able to edit one off ...

"Fun little reward platform"
What do you like best about Motivosity? It's very easy to use, fun to reward people. I like the differentiation of Spending Dollars and Giving Dollars What do you dislike about Motivosity? Didn't love the Personality Quiz, but that's more my personal views on them What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me show appreciations for things without saying thank you for the millionth time. Builds relationships with coworkers. Makes me feel appreciated monetarily.
