What do you like best about Motivosity? I love having a casual way to reward and thank fellow employees and reports. The reward cash-in also has several options, and it keeps us up to date on company and individual milestones. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I'm not sure there are any dislikes that I can think of to call out specifically. It would be nice if there were a Slack integration, though; we are pretty heavy users there as well. What do you like best about Motivosity? I like to recognize my coworkers and be able to give appreciation. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Nothing to dislike so far. It has all been great. "Easy and fun to use"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that you can save up to buy something. It makes it fun to use and the interface is very user friendly. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I do wish you could spend the money on more gift cards or for different amounts. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Recognizing coworkers for little things has become fun to do, and it's fun to also get recognized by others.

Whenever we have questions, Motivosity staff is helpful and friendly, but we can almost always find the answers we need by using the resources provided in the platform. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Every workplace comes with lots of different personalities and ideals. Having a single platform that conforms to everyone's needs and wants is not easy, and things like the leaderboard feature do not mesh ...

What do you like best about Motivosity? The response was prompt and efficient. It gives me the ability to thank my coworkers and provide feedback. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don't really have a dislike, possibly more options for gift cards? What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to receive feedback and give feedback with a monetary value seems to improve work ethic and strive for more feedback.

What do you like best about Motivosity? It's so cool seeing everyone posting on Motivosity and giving shout-outs to each other. It's nice to see everyone engaging together throughout the credit union. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don't have any issues. Motivosity is going well for us in my opinion. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm not sure of any problems but it's nice being able to see everyone communicate.

Was doing fine with existing quarterly reveiw. Feedback.s 1on1s glitch and automatically start when I do not want them to which causes me to have empty reviews and I have to start over. not great What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?
