What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that I can recognize coworkers for going above and beyond their regular responsibilities. What do you like best about Motivosity? It's a cool perk and a real nice way to show other employees how well you think of them and/or the work they do. What do you dislike about Motivosity? What do you like best about Motivosity? Super user friendly! Helps the employees to feel recognized but their peers and leaders. I like that posts from a computer shows in real time What do you dislike about Motivosity? posts from a cell phone may not show in real time sometimes. The thanks matters card can not be ordered on a cell phone only on a computer or ipad What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? The timeliness of getting the thanks matter card is better after it is ordered.
