What do you like best about Motivosity? The best thing about this was all users were motivated to earn gift cards What do you dislike about Motivosity? Nothing at all. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love the 1:1 management capabilities as well as the recognition. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Seems like a few features can be built out even more but still a great product. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Employee recognition and management. It helps me to track my team member's performance in a single spot and recognize their efforts.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is fun and interactive. Allowing people to comment on a thank you message gives others a chance to participate even if they didn't initially think to provide a thank you. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Motivosity allows you to specify a preference for what content is shown. I like to see "My Extended Team" content displayed. Most of the time this works fine, but I have noticed that once in a while, it reverts back to a different ...

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that we are able to recognize many different people in our company! I like the transparency we get because we can integrate with Slack and everyone can see the recognition that is going out. It really helps build our company culture! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don't love that I can't more easily integrate my Zoom account and Google calendar. It's keeping people talking more to each other in many ways and connects people even in different departments.
