"Great way to drive team engagement"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Intuitive design and ease of use means that internal adoption is high and you can get quick time to adoption. It's been very easy to onboard new employees and the team at Motivosity is easy to work with What do you dislike about Motivosity? My only wish is that they had any easy way to integrate with a swag store like Axmos. Unfortunately you have to transfer funds to a card and then link that card with axmos. It results in a slightly slower process ...

"Better Experience, Easier To Work With"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love the mini-bank concept, and the ability for recipients to cash out their accumulated value for gift cards of their choosing. We utilize the site to track notes for 1:1 meetings, but the notepad for that is awkward, clearing itself of markups if I don't immediately ...

"Great Recognition Product"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that we are able to recognize many different people in our company! I like the transparency we get because we can integrate with Slack and everyone can see the recognition that is going out. It really helps build our company culture! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don't love that I can't more easily integrate my Zoom account and Google calendar. It would also be cool to offer more gifts than just gift cards, but I am pretty happy with ...

It makes it easy to show your appreciation for others when they deserve to hear it. What do you dislike about Motivosity? While it is a fun website to use, I do fear that it occasionally feels gimmicky and acts as a way for management to have employees feel more appreciated without properly adjusting their monetary compensation to ...
