"Very involving and useful!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that you can easily see other's accomplishments. It's really nice to see many participate and thank each other. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There's not much to dislike, not sure if the usage tracking is accurate. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps with having a better company wide recognition of staff in all positions.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Intuitive design and ease of use means that internal adoption is high and you can get quick time to adoption. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love the mini-bank concept, and the ability for recipients to cash out their accumulated value for gift cards of their choosing. This feels like a better motivational tool that makes me want to reciprocate to others, not simply post something up because we're encouraged to. What do you dislike about Motivosity?
