"It is simple to use and helps to compliment others on hard work"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Being able to show appreciation towards those that I work with, especially for those Al that don't like to outwardly express emotion. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don't feel like there are many disadvantages, maybe the select few options to choose from. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It's keeping people talking more to each other in many ways and connects people even in different departments.
