"Motivosity is a convenient and easy way to show appreciation to coworkers."

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is fun and interactive. Allowing people to comment on a thank you message gives others a chance to participate even if they didn't initially think to provide a thank you. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Motivosity allows you to specify a preference for what content is shown. I like to see "My Extended Team" content displayed. Most of the time this works fine, but I have noticed that once in a while, it reverts back to a different ...

"A great consolidated tool to help with company culture and employee management"

What do you like best about Motivosity? We had been using another product before for employee recognition but the Motivosity platform is a step up and employee engagement has been at an all time high. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The Listen module could use some more work. Need more flexability on scheduling NPS surveys and some variation in the questions that are asked.
