"Motivosity is awesome"

What do you like best about Motivosity? the ability to show appreciation in a quantifiable way What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don't know that there is anything I really dislike. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? it's solving the problem of how to let team members know that their contributions are appreciated.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is excellent for spreading positivity throughout the workplace. It's always a great way to give praise or say thanks when someone is helping out on a project. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There really aren't any downsides to Motivosity. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It boosts team morale.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that it creates a culture of recognition. This helps us create a sense of belonging and "being seen". This is really valuable in today's crazy world. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I honestly don't have any complaints. They are the best. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Motivosity solves the problem of recognition at work. Adding a dollar amount makes it super awesome.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love being able to see what other team members are up to as well as gushing about my team to the company. I also really appreciate that it drives us to thank each other. Keeps us all motivated and connected. I really enjoy it and find myself checking Motivosity over my personal social media accounts. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I haven't found a downside yet, personally. I really love all of the features and enjoy using it often. I wish I ...

What do you like best about Motivosity? it's nice to feel appreciated by your coworkers in a public format What do you dislike about Motivosity? Can kind of make people feel left out or like they aren't getting the same recognition What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm not sure at all. But it's nice having a system like this at work

The friendly social media-like interface The tangible rewards Great platform to connect people across international offices What do you dislike about Motivosity? Nothing much to dislike to be honest. Maybe could improve some of the reports, but nothing major. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm not aware of any problems at this time.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like that we can encourage one another and recognize our co-workers for their successes. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don't dislike anything about it. I think it's a great tool. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I like that I can engage with people outside of my department and learn more about them through peer recognition.

I like the fact that we can give out money and use it on the card and I also like the fact that you can share highlights and appreciate people who don't usually get appreciation. It's a really smart and creative app. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The fact that there's only three dollars a month and that you can only share highlights and thanks What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? None

What do you like best about Motivosity? The platform is extremely easy to use to recognize an individual or group easily. I also like that others can chime in on a kudos with their own funds. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Nothing to dislike. Their customer service is fast to respond, recognition is easy and the various ways to spend your funds is helpful. What do you like best about Motivosity? With 100% participation its hard to argue with the effectiveness. The team is engaged, communicates often and loves the reward aspect which ultimately drives employees to work harder. What do you dislike about Motivosity? If I had to split hairs and find something, I wish it would auto-refresh as new posts show up or over a certain period of time. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?
