"Great tool for employee recognition"

What do you like best about Motivosity? The layout and colors are appealing, and the live feed is great to see current postings. The top contributors panel on the left hand side is also a great reminder to send praise regularly. What do you dislike about Motivosity? For us, the org chart feature does not seem to work well, it is quote clunky. I'd like to be able to query better and see improved org chart results. What do you like best about Motivosity? The ease of selecting members of the company to give shout-outs to. It has created an environment where others want to give thanks for extra tasks they have helped them with or for doing a great job. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I dislike that it takes 24 hours to refresh the most active person. I wish it was a real-time update for that feature, that would make it wonderful and help promote competition. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that Motivosity is so positive and uplifting. It is great to have the staff have access to giving Motivosity bucks and recognize each other. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love being able to reward my teammates with motivosity money when I see them working hard or showing teamwork! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I think that Motivosity is a great program. Thus far I haven't noticed a down side What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm not aware of Motivosity solving problems. That hasn't been my experience.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity allows everyone to recognize those making an impact in the company. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Notes and messages can easy get buried in new messages. I suppose that is a good thing, lot's of recognition, but Important announcements can get lost. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Employees are feeling more value and receiving recognition for what they are accomplishing.

I have not found anything I dislike about Motivosity over the few years Wavetronix has used it. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I think it helps to spotlight the hard work of others, and others in the company can see that when they read through it.
