"Our team loves using Motivosity to send appreciations!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is easy to use from an administrative perspective and user perspective. We had one week to go live from our signing date and with the support of Motivosity's incredible customer service team, we were up and running on schedule! What do you dislike about Motivosity? There's not much that I dislike about Motivosity. If I had to pick something, the filtering for reports could be improved, as well as the ability to set default report filters ...

"Not just a reminder and tracking tool ... helps you be proactive."

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that this product emphasizes positive building. The business world gets pretty mired in the daily tasks and deadlines and I love that this helps teams to look at the bigger picture. Love the Slack integration. As a manager and individual contributor, Motivosity has helped bring energy and efficiency to the people side of what we do. Initially, I just started using it for light but regular appreciation for team members. But quickly found it was ...

"Staying Humble on Motivosity"

What do you like best about Motivosity? The interface and platform are straightforward and user-friendly. It lets people quickly see what is happening in their area and the company. It includes tools that can dig down to understand more. I like the cartoon look; it makes it feel welcoming and easy to use. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The downside is that people have a lot of issues with the App and logging in. Although gift cards are excellent, I worked at a company where you could ...

"Great peer recognition platform"

What do you like best about Motivosity? With Motivosity, users are able to publicly praise one another for a job well done. The fact that my colleagues at work remain aware when I actively express my gratitude for their hard work and dedication is a wonderful feeling, and the monetary support bonus makes it even more special. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The only problem is that I sometimes feel bad about rewarding certain people more than others if we do not have a budget to do so ...

"Positive experience, helpful in encouraging engagements"

What do you like best about Motivosity? In the time I have used Motivosity, I have saved enough money to buy Bose headphones for work and Apple Airpods Pro. Other ways I have used is competitions to help improve call agents. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The only downside I can see is you cannot by Walmart or Costco. Otherwise, the program is very user-friendly. Also, it is very engaging. So please add Walmart and Costco to the offerings What problems is Motivosity solving and how ...

What do you like best about Motivosity? It is extremely easy to send, receive, and use points/money. I can tag multiple people in 1 post if needed. What do you dislike about Motivosity? As a manager of 9 direct reports, it helps me to give recognition to my team and those that help enable my team (eg. other departments).
