What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity lets me thank, recognize or say 'hello' to fellow employees. With so much negativity in the workplace, this is an excellent tool to spread positive vibes. The Motivosity bucks are wonderful because it is a 'mini' bonus from peers. "Great and easy way to show appreciation for co-workers"

What do you like best about Motivosity? It's very easy to use, and I like the virtual card option! Cashing out the gift cards can be a drag, but just being able to use the CC number makes it worthwhile alone. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Some aspects of the UI/interface aren't great - it takes too many clicks to get to the list of all the appreciations I've given/received, and I think that should be on the homepage/header navigation. What do you like best about Motivosity? MV keeps me organized! It reminds me to meet, coach, and appreciate my team. I love the social aspect, where we can see the organization's appreciation posts and why people receive them. What do you like best about Motivosity? The ease of use makes Motivosity an excellent platform to recognize the superb work of my team and peers. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love seeing who is being appreciated and for what; I keep the site up all day and it makes me happy! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I can't think of anything. I really like using it. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows us to recognize people in a global environment. We used to have a very manual process and this is great!

What do you like best about Motivosity? It incentivized and encouraged positive reinforcement throughout the company. It got people talking about the great work others would do. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Only because you are incentivized to give praise, the chance of it being disingenuine is heightened a little. What do you like best about Motivosity? It is simple to find the name of my coworkers by just typing in their names. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I wish there were more company values to choose from. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? When people are given a simple Thank You it makes their day which increases the positive vibes in the workplace.
