What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that it connects everyone in our company!! I can call out my direct reports on things they do well. I love that they can shout out to each other too! Not easy to do recognition broadly so adopting a solution to do so checks the box!

When someone adds a post, it should be the first thing that pulls up when you get into your motivosity. Just a suggestion. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It lets someone know that you appreciate their help; when you need help with another project, they are more willing to help.

What do you like best about Motivosity? What I like most about Motivosity is how easy it is to get buy in with my team whether it be coaching, feedback, or partnering on projects. It allows them to have a say in what is covered as well. I love how you can give motivosity points and can let the team know in a short message thank you. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The org chart is a bit limited to how you can structure it. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Motivosity helps us recognize and engage with our team that is mostly remote.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Customizable and straightforward to reflect company ideals/values. An excellent way to recognize peers, leaders or anyone at the company. I love gift card options. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Honestly not any downside I can think of. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It offers extrinsic as well as intrinsic rewards. I love to share shoutouts and receive them too!
