What do you like best about Motivosity? Since we are using Motivosity, people are paying more attention to team behaviour and team building actions. It also helps as a budget for internal fun challenges the team create to improve productivity, have fun or just share 1 buck around. What do you dislike about Motivosity? What do you like best about Motivosity? It allows me to share positivity with other people all throughout the day. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The is nothing that I dislike about Motivosity What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? There is so much negative in the world right now, and we need more ways to share positivity and ways to motivate our peers.

What do you like best about Motivosity? It is so positive, and working in homes pvt duty allows me to view and chat with my coworkers and not feel alone. Also makes me soo happy I work at my agency!! ANytime we had an issue, the team was on it fast and solved it quickly!

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that this is a way to bring unity across our company, which has multiple stores. Even if I don't know all of the staff that are interacting, I feel like I get to be included in their inside jokes. It encourages comradery in funny moments and in common work struggles. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that it connects everyone in our company!! I can call out my direct reports on things they do well. I love that they can shout out to each other too! It is one of my favorite parts of my job. The debit card is a game changer!! What do you dislike about Motivosity? There honestly is not much that I don't like. I don't love that there are a few things you cannot do on the app. For example, you cannot see the personality test from the app. What ...

I dislike that I only have 3 dollars per month to give out, I would ideally want to thank almost everyone. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Showing appreciation for coworkers and encouraging them to keep doing good things.
