What do you like best about Motivosity? The ease of use. Team members can quickly recognize peers, celebrate milestones, and see what others are accomplishing. What do you like best about Motivosity? I really enjoy being able to financially reward excellent work from my peers on Motivosity. "Easy and quick way to give kudos to colleagues in real time"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I enjoy being able to give kudos and add a dollar amount to it. It's great to provide real-time feedback and have colleagues see it. I like to see milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries and be able to celebrate with everyone virtually. What do you dislike about Motivosity? What do you like best about Motivosity? Motivosity is central to our culture at Bridge. We use it daily to let our awesome co-workers know they are doing an excellent job. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that I can say thank you to my coworkers with more than just words. I am a gift giver; motivosity helps me feel like I can genuinely express my gratitude to them. Plus, who doesn't love gift cards? What do you dislike about Motivosity? What do you like best about Motivosity? I love being able to show my appreciation to my coworkers and being thanked by them! What do you dislike about Motivosity? There is nothing I dislike. What do you like best about Motivosity? This platform is fun for employees to recognize each other, boost positivity and promote teamwork! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I haven't noticed any downside...my peers love it! What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Lack of team camraderie. Motivosity promotes and encourages us to recognize each other and be generous.
