What do you like best about Motivosity? The ease of use. Team members can quickly recognize peers, celebrate milestones, and see what others are accomplishing. It is a simple way to engage with nominal effort. What do you dislike about Motivosity? "Easy and quick way to give kudos to colleagues in real time"
What do you like best about Motivosity? I enjoy being able to give kudos and add a dollar amount to it. It's great to provide real-time feedback and have colleagues see it. I like to see milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries and be able to celebrate with everyone virtually. What do you dislike about Motivosity? "Fun and User-Friendly Recognition"
What do you like best about Motivosity? This platform is fun for employees to recognize each other, boost positivity and promote teamwork! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I haven't noticed any downside...my peers love it! What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Lack of team camraderie. Motivosity promotes and encourages us to recognize each other and be generous.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I really enjoy being able to financially reward excellent work from my peers on Motivosity. What do you like best about Motivosity? SUBJECTIVE QUERY: I love the fact I can learn about those who interact, and suggest to other employees to complete their profiles to see how we mesh. What do you like best about Motivosity? Since we are using Motivosity, people are paying more attention to team behaviour and team building actions.
