What do you like best about Motivosity? Having everyone's successes posted for the team to see is very encouraging and motivating. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Paying taxes on funds received as a reward. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps keep the whole company connected and informed of good news.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that I can say thank you to my coworkers with more than just words. The constantly changing UI is somewhat of a challenge What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting recognized for all the small extra things I do around the office that I normally would not get paid for

What do you like best about Motivosity? This platform is fun for employees to recognize each other, boost positivity and promote teamwork! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I haven't noticed any downside...my peers love it! What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Lack of team camraderie. Motivosity promotes and encourages us to recognize each other and be generous.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I enjoy being able to give kudos and add a dollar amount to it. It's great to provide real-time feedback and have colleagues see it. I like to see milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries and be able to celebrate with everyone virtually. What do you dislike about Motivosity? What do you like best about Motivosity? I really enjoy being able to financially reward excellent work from my peers on Motivosity.
