What do you like best about Motivosity? Love the Org chart and Motivosity Bucks features! I use the org charts all the time. As a remote worker, it's a great way to learn more about the company and fun info on each other. In addition, the Motivosity Bucks feature is a great way to send a special thank-you note and gift. "Quick, easy, and convenient"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like how it is easy to thank my coworkers when they help me out. I also like how the funds can be used with a debit card. What do you like best about Motivosity? I enjoy being able to give kudos and add a dollar amount to it. It's great to provide real-time feedback and have colleagues see it. I like to see milestones such as birthdays and anniversaries and be able to celebrate with everyone virtually. What do you dislike about Motivosity? What do you like best about Motivosity? The ease of use. Team members can quickly recognize peers, celebrate milestones, and see what others are accomplishing. It is a simple way to engage with nominal effort. What do you dislike about Motivosity? What do you like best about Motivosity? This platform is fun for employees to recognize each other, boost positivity and promote teamwork! What do you dislike about Motivosity? I haven't noticed any downside...my peers love it! What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Lack of team camraderie. Motivosity promotes and encourages us to recognize each other and be generous.
