What do you like best about Motivosity? Easy to use Fast Instant recognition Platform is user friendly What do you dislike about Motivosity? The system is glitchy sometimes and fails to load. If you wait or delay writing a recognition, the system needs to be reloaded entirely. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Motivosity? Being able to support my team and showcase their contributions, projects, and accomplishments. Other departments outside our own need to see what we're working on. What do you dislike about Motivosity? It can be not difficult to find employee anniversaries or birthday information. Sometimes one has to dig deep and click in multiple places to find where that information lives. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Team ...

"My institution makes use of motivosity and it makes a huge difference in your team morale."

What do you like best about Motivosity? It's flexible, quick, and provides a lot of help in terms of team morale. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I don't have anything in mind. Really great work. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Morale. It really allows me to give my team feedback regularly.

I've lost my notes multiple times after typing them in a 1 on 1 session. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't see a problem it's solving. Its just another way to recognize team members and manage coaching.

The main feed can become crowded at times, I wish it were easier to view your department only or perhaps have department view be the default or filter those posts to the top for you. Sort of how Facebook does this (instead of constant feed of chronological posts). What problems ...

What do you like best about Motivosity? This is an excellent tool to show your appreciation to your colleagues specially when you are working from various locations. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Would be great if it was easy to see the list of motos received and given, with details about to and from. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Making it easier to say thanks when colleages are working oin different locations.

Paying taxes on funds received as a reward. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps keep the whole company connected and informed of good news.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Love the Org chart and Motivosity Bucks features! I use the org charts all the time. As a remote worker, it's a great way to learn more about the company and fun info on each other. In addition, the Motivosity Bucks feature is a great way to send a special thank-you note and gift.
