The goal is to thank colleagues often and express your appreciation, but that does not always happen like you would like it to. There are some excellent functions if you have direct reports, such as documenting meetings, goals etc., that are not accessible to other managers. What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that it's user-friendly and easy to use. Navigating the site is also really easy. The insight page helps track where we are with praise as a department and company as a whole. It makes creating goals simple! What do you dislike about Motivosity?
