What do you like best about Motivosity? Love using Motivosity to give feedback and thanks To my team and coworkers. That would make it better to have more of it to spend each month to let people know how much we appreciate their help when working through challenging situations. What do you like best about Motivosity? Our employees are loving giving each other kudos! I like everything about it - I can give my employees monetary rewards, it's easy to recognize birthdays/anniversaries, and I especially love the insight into other employees regarding their personalities and leadership styles.
