"Freaking Amazing Tool"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love how easy it is to celebrate everyone at our company. It's easy to give a quick shoutout to people who usually wouldn't get direct praise from me in different departments. What do you dislike about Motivosity? What do you like best about Motivosity? The ability to foster peer-to-peer recognition is top-of-class. I have used other reward and recognition platforms like People are Everything. The others are for managers and leadership to garner recognition. Motivosity allows for peers in the entire organization to give accolades and points. I like everything about it - I can give my employees monetary rewards, it's easy to recognize birthdays/anniversaries, and I especially love the insight into other employees regarding their personalities and leadership styles.
