"Meaningful to see the gratitude from all levels of the organization and increased communication"
What do you like best about Motivosity? It has been a game changer to get communications to all team members. Messages would sometimes get from leadership to managers and stop. Posting highlights and announcements (as admin) has helped share all critical messages. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There has been some dislike of the scorecard and the way it is tallied. Namely, liking a post gets you higher on the scorecard. Personally, the like means you've read it and know what's going ...

"I love the unity it brings in the office"
What do you like best about Motivosity? We use motivosity to thank others for good deeds when they help us out around the office. I love that it makes the office feel a little more positive. It puts a smile on my face when I get a new alert. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I dont like that every time you send a dollar you HAVE to put a message with it. However I think it adds to the fun sometimes. I would also like it to be easier to access the app on my phone. What problems is ...

"Great for letting people know they are appreciated!"

One of the things is being unable to give anonymous appreciations and compliments. The other thing is that the notifications don't seem to notify me through ...

It's a fun way to keep in touch with what is happening with each other and show support to one another. What do you dislike about Motivosity? One area that I am still trying to figure out and doing it wrong is I don't like how you can't go back and edit or add notes from a meeting. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I have found that using Motivosity ...
