What do you like best about Motivosity? It gives a unique description and examples of why a person deserves the motivation money. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I need more money to share with the team....$20 is not enough. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Builds team morale and motivation for the team.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Ease of use to recognize associates. Recognition goes to email, and I can recognize them at my own convenience. It has a different meaning than verbal thanks. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Not all associates use company email on a regular basis. Recognition may go unnoticed for some time. "Very easy to use!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? The funds are immediately available and simple to use. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I have not found anything I am unhappy with so far with Motovosity. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes it easy for me to recognize an employee for their work and it saves a lot of time since I do not have to help them figure out how to cash in their money since there is a visa card that automatically receives the funds.

What do you like best about Motivosity? It is a great way to show recognition across our network. What do you dislike about Motivosity? It can be time-consuming, but in a good way. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I really do not have an answer to this question.

What do you like best about Motivosity? It has been a game changer to get communications to all team members. Messages would sometimes get from leadership to managers and stop. Posting highlights and announcements (as admin) has helped share all critical messages. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There has been some dislike of the scorecard and the way it is tallied. "It's easy to use, and encouraging to all the staff."

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like it because its is very easy to use, I get to give my peers kudos and I get to receive kudos from my peers. What do you dislike about Motivosity? There really isn't anything I dislike, I enjoy using the portal. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't know of any problems that we may be having. The benefit is employee engagement.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love that it is a very tangible way to show appreciation to your team, especially in the remote/hybrid work world. I have used my Motivosity money to help fund trips and family activities too, which is great! What do you dislike about Motivosity? So far, so good; there isn't something I can think of. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Peer to peer recognition is the main use, team collaboration has increased.
