What do you like best about Motivosity? Ease of use to recognize associates. Recognition goes to email, and I can recognize them at my own convenience. It has a different meaning than verbal thanks. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Not all associates use company email on a regular basis. Recognition may go unnoticed for some time. "Very easy to use!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? The funds are immediately available and simple to use. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I have not found anything I am unhappy with so far with Motovosity. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes it easy for me to recognize an employee for their work and it saves a lot of time since I do not have to help them figure out how to cash in their money since there is a visa card that automatically receives the funds.

What do you like best about Motivosity? It's a helpful way to see company spotlights and appreciate other co-workers. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The lack of a dark mode. I know this is a minor gripe, but I have no complaints. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? It encourages team-building dynamics.

There really isn't anything I dislike, I enjoy using the portal. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I don't know of any problems that we may be having. The benefit is employee engagement.
