What do you like best about Motivosity? Easy way to provide recognition and incentives to colleagues. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Sometimes Difficult to navigate to get to metrics and what you are looking for. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Motivosity helps ensure we are recognizing colleagues across the enterprise.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I really like that when I'm feeling a bit low, I can log in and see all the great shoutouts my colleagues give each other. It's also comforting to look back at the kind words I've received in the past when I need a little boost. What do you dislike about Motivosity? It's been difficult to use my debit card as we're located in Canada. That's really my only downside to Motivosity! Still a TON of great gift card options available. What problems is ...

"Plain and simple - it works!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I was doubtful about another platform promising better connections and culture with co-workers. But Motivosity actually delivered and I love using the platform to appreciate team members and good work. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I havent found anything in particular to dislike. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Easily incentivizing employee engagement.

The amount of coins that we get each month is not super significant monetarily but it still to me is meaningful when someone puts a nice note in it. It puts power in the hands of all employees to be able to notice and reward people for being helpful What do you dislike about Motivosity? Motivosity can be difficult to navigate at times.
