What do you like best about Motivosity? It creates unity and awareness across our agency, as well as our team. It is easy to use. I see my team using it almost daily. Learning how to use it seems easy for most people. What do you dislike about Motivosity? It would be nice if there was a way to search for entries, to revisit them or add to them. "Great for employee engagement!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? MV has several features that have benefited my organization. For example, birthdays and anniversaires, an interactive organizational chart, giving/receiving MV bucks (appreciation), and the ease of using your bucks for purchases. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Currently, the Manager coaching (formerly LEAD) component could use some updates and the ability to make customized changes. What do you like best about Motivosity? Love how user friendly it is and that you can shout out anyone within your organization. I believe it's grown our relationships and helps 'shorten the distance' in our remote world. What do you dislike about Motivosity? None so far - thanks for a great product! What do you like best about Motivosity? I like the abilitt to give praise and thanks to coworkers. I also like giving money and spost bonus. I lke the brihtday annoucments and the personalities. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I would like the option to view images at a large scale without downloading them. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Have not thought about this. It solved reconizing peers and employees. It's also a good place for project updates.

"I love how user friendly it is!"

What do you like best about Motivosity? I like how user friendly it is. It is so straight to the point and I am able to filter seeing just my team or broader team which is a nice touch. It is something that we do everyday but to see it available for everyone and what other departments are doing is a great touch. $5.00 is not a lot compared to our previous program but no having used it, it makes sense and it's more about the words than the dollar amount.
