What do you like best about Motivosity? The opportunities to celebrate each other and stay informed on things that are happening around the organization. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Not being able to have conversations on the platform as a team or as a group of like interests. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Our staff engagement has been down since the pandemic and we aren't as connected as we used to be in this hybrid space. We were missing out ...

"Great for Remote Teams"

What do you like best about Motivosity? How it feels like a familiar social media app. Very intuitive. What do you dislike about Motivosity? I haven't figured out how to insert gifs or get notifications forwarded to my email (I only have access on my laptop). What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy way yo give public recognition to an employee. As a remote team, it's hard to spread word when someone does good work.

"Its been a great rollout but too soon to know the long term impact. Thus far its a big win."

What do you like best about Motivosity? Peer recognition and rewards have been well recieved by most all staff. What do you dislike about Motivosity? It has been seen by some to be just another task they are being asked to complete. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Employee recognition, it is being used frequently by most staff at this point.

What do you like best about Motivosity? Being able to show my appreciation to my coworkers monetarily, yet ethically. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The only downside I can see with Motivosity is not having a higher amount of money to distribute! What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Motivosity? simple to use, easy interface, social-media like interface is pleasing. What do you dislike about Motivosity? sometimes clunky, name search is difficult depending on users What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? An easy way to recognize coworkers at the end of the day, it's a nice and simple way to say thanks.

What do you like best about Motivosity? I love being able to honor my colleagues for what they do. It's great to be seen! It also allows others to see the greatness that surrounds them. What do you dislike about Motivosity? The identification of "never" been honored. Like you're being pressured to give it to someone. What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? Recognition by all within a large company setting.

What do you like best about Motivosity? It has a lot of great functions like org chart, insights, awards. My favourite function is the personality check. It can show colleagues most like me. What do you dislike about Motivosity? Finding and understanding my "motos" history (aka transactions) was quite confusing at first What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you? I dont think for Motivosity as a problem solver, but it is great to say thanks for my colleagues
