What do you like best about Motive? Employees are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. I never have problems when I need questions answered, if the staff can't answer the question, they will research the problem and call me back. What do you dislike about Motive? No problems at this time to complain about. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping with giving information about adding a new drivers and ELD.

What do you like best about Motive? They recently appointed a customer success manager, Fred Cook to the company and he introduced us to new features added on the device. He was also extremely thorough in explaining many built-in features we were unaware of, such as the gps-sharing system, distance calculator, and automatic safety coaching + notifications. "Motive is easy to use and customer service is great."

What do you like best about Motive? I like that the website is easy to navigate. It offers an easy user experience that allows you to manage 1 truck or a fleet of trucks. What do you dislike about Motive? I dislike that sometimes the ELD sometimes guesses and assigns an action and it is hard to manually edit once this is done. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Motive offers me an easy way to log trucking activity and allows you to stay easily compliant.

"Simple to use and accurate."

What do you like best about Motive? Can be installed on any iOS or android device. I've run it on my built in infotainment system with an android auto box. For compliance the additional data port connection is key to keeping your logs accurate. What do you dislike about Motive? Not a lot. The minor annoyance by having to put a note on every entry. What do you like best about Motive? Motive is a great company to partner with and they make your business life a lot easier. This company didn't know me at all and they took a chance and gave me a line of credit for fuel and all there products cmae with it. ELD, customer support and a lot of perks. "Easy to use and good customer service."

What do you like best about Motive? I like the fact that we can monitor the location of our vehicles at all times. Also, it is easy to see movements, even on a small scale. What do you dislike about Motive? I wish we had IFTA reporting features built into the base pricing. This is a feature I had with my previous vendor. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping us legal with the FMCSA rules without a lot of unnecessary paperwork.

What do you like best about Motive? I enjoy Motive because they are easy to contact and set up services. What do you dislike about Motive? I don't like that sometimes the prices vary at large amounts What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking, updated software problems.
