What do you like best about Motive? App is very user friendly. Vendor on occasion offers free hardware. Support is quick to respond. What do you dislike about Motive? Teared service sometimes takes several repeat answers to get help in more technical issues. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Mandatory ELD. Vehicle tracking. Engine diagnostics

I have no complaints What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? I now have my PC report that I truly needed. THey go beyond to help with any problem I have and they follow up after said help to insure all is up and running

What do you like best about Motive? The very best part of Motive for me is customer support. My phone calls are always answered without sitting on hold. I get the answers I need quickly. What do you like best about Motive? Extremely user-friendly, and that's what I always look for when selecting any type of software for our company. Great customer service. A wide range of reports are readily available to download at any time and shows an extensive history of ELD's that aren't active anymore and which vehicle they were once assigned to. What do you like best about Motive? I like the fact that they just added the Adverse Driving Conditions Exception. What do you dislike about Motive? I does bother me that some of my drivers have been reaching their data limit so there data shuts off in their trucks so i have to call customer support and have them enable their data on the back end. The thing is that our drivers don't use the tablets for anything else but Motive/KeepTruckin so its your app that is using that much data. What ...

There are not so many I disliked while using the app. Maybe missing some info like vehicle id. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you?
