What do you like best about Motive? The Dashboard is very user friendly. Customer care and success reps are very helpful. What do you dislike about Motive? Dashcam footage could be longer. Any requested data or file is sent to your email instead of automatically downloading. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? Their AI helps correct some issues in case there is a disconnect.

What do you like best about Motive? I like how when I call in and get someone on the line they stay on and walk me through whatever situation that I'm having to make sure that I get the proper instructions to get it done. What do you dislike about Motive? The billing department was a little slow correcting set up on my bill worked but it worked out so that's always good and it's cool because whenever I called in they instantly got me the refund that I needed. What do you like best about Motive? The ease and efficiency of the ELD product is topnotch, both from a driver's perspective and an administrator's perspective. The customer service is fantastic all on its own. Everyone is very knowledgeable and responsive. What do you dislike about Motive? It can take a while to wrap your head around the new technology involved in switching from paper logs. But that is a user struggle, not an equipment issue. No real complaints here. What do you like best about Motive? The best thing about Motive is it's so easy to use and if it isn't, customer service is there to answer each and every question with step by step instruction. What do you dislike about Motive? Can't always edit the logs like i need too. What problems is Motive solving and how is that benefiting you? The vehicle diagnostic monitoring has saved me a lot of money on service calls.

What do you like best about Motive? The app is very easy to use, and it always works everywhere and very accurate. It also gives you a 5 to 18% discount on my insurance with progressive.
