Great assets and customer service
Motion Array has a huge library of awesome assets, it's an overall great experience! Also, once I needed help with a technical issue, the customer service was really helpful!

No diversity
I am a current customer and some of the stuff they have is good but if you want any non white people footage the selection gets even thinner same with the music. They just don’t have a lot for videos where the people aren’t white. Kinda unrealistic I think I am going to look for a different service

Terrible Support
The support is absolutely terrible! There is no phone support, so customers must rely on email only. Response time can take as long as 2 days. I've been a customer for a month and I haven't completed my first project yet due to the delays! I'm getting 1 email per day from support during the overnight hours. By the time I wake up and reply, I have to wait another day for a reply.

TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE, I signed up, downloaded an intro and could not use it due to the most pathetic instructions. I thought it may have just been that one download so I tried another and had the same issue. I cancelled my subscription within 12 hours however motion array will not refund me because I downloaded a template. DO NOT USE THEM, they will steal your money and say that their terms and conditions state NO REFUND IF YOU DOWNLOAD something, they don't care if you were able to actually use the ...

I got duped by these guys before
I got duped by these guys before. Every time I've signed up I spend hours digging through templates only to find missing assets, non-functioning templates, etc... They hide their cancel subscription deep like other shady companies. If they had something worth selling they wouldn't be trying to keep you hooked in. You might find something useable on there, but I haven't had any success.
