Quick responses, swift actions to help the customer, productive results. All in all a great experience with the support team. They made this process of returning a credit of subscription I couldn’t cancel quite easy.

When you sign up for a monthly plan
When you sign up for a monthly plan, you can't downgrade or cancel the subscription, and your card will continue to be charged monthly. The customer service is one of the worst I've experienced.

Constant Copyright Claims Problem
I am currently working on a major show to be seen by many viewers. The constant copyright claims on all things sound and music is killing our show production. We have worked with many others and have never ever had this problem. They should completely eliminate the sound and music service until they get things fixed or address the people supplying this work. YouTube Copyright
We've used numerous royalty-free music services without issues, but our experience with this particular service has been extremely disappointing. We've encountered a significant number of YouTube copyright claims, and clearing them has been frustrating. Often, the claims are rejected by the supposed rights holders, and MotionArray has not been helpful in resolving these issues.
