Hands Down, The Best I've Ever Used
Monday has proven to be, hands down, the best application I've had the pleasure of using, but more than that, the best experience I've had onboarding disperate departments using all manner of 3rd party software (some we didn't even know they were using!) into one unified place. Monday.com is a one-stop solution for us when it comes to project management. We are still learning how to use Monday.com but whenever we find something new on Monday.com that seems like the answer to our problems, the feeling is eclectic!!

I absolutely love Monday.com
I absolutely love Monday.com! It helps automate several things we've previously used spreadsheets and emails for. Our workflow is more streamlined with automations and forms help us keep track of inquiries.

Super customisable and super friendly
Super customisable and super friendly. Really adapts to business workflows. Also love the fact that they provide a GraphQL API which make pretty much every use case possible.

Amazing Platform!
Amazing Platform! As students unions' CEO, one of the most important things that I wanted to insert is an organized platform that will give me and the chairman easy looking on all teams' assignments. monday.com gave us that exact thing and even more! (We could manage budgets, special occasions planning, etc).

Honestly, I Hate It
Monday.com was chosen for my team by an inexperienced person newly promoted to a PM role, and boy does it show. We clearly went for the shiniest tool instead of the most effective one. There's nothing intuitive about it from a PM's perspective; the navigation is absolutely indecipherable. Even Asana was leaps and bounds better. I am at the point where I suspect the monday.com team wants the interface to be so confusing that you sign up for notifications for everything. The metric probably ...

Over-hyped and under-delivered
Confusing, terrible logic flow, everything is in Beta.Classic example of "modern" not necessarily being "better." The idea behind monday.com is to be able to manage projects and have better clarity/visiblity to what teammates are working. Such aspects are present with traditional project management tools such as Microsoft Project or a more modern cloud-based application like Asana.
