Most modern and yet simple to use…

Most modern and yet simple to use project management platform. It has all the elements to be able to create simple projects and very complex ones—nice clean visuals with all the features necessary for any project management. The more you use it, the more usable options you discover. I absolutely LOVE IT!

Ease of access, ease of use, and efficiency in managing projects

PROS: .We use Monday to seamlessly manage all our group projects with minimal risk of information loss and progress. Its interface is intuitive; it is easy to access the platform to manage pending tasks, work in teams, move forward, and monitor progress on projects CONS: .They could add more statistical data on projects and effective search filters to track specific projects and tasks.

Task Management and Organization Tool That Works!

PROS: The software presents a very balancedd interface in terms of design. On top of its simple design and organized color scheme, you get features that makes organizing complicated tasks easy. CONS: There is a bit of a learning curve but that is totally understandable. I would like to be able to create sub tasks with it like I can with Asana.

It helps us to better manage our teams

PROS: I like how this product simplifies our workflow and it allows us to manage workloads, to create custom boards, to set up events, to communicate with each others. I like that it allows me to manage and update everything from one dashboard and I like the ability to create complex boards for specific tasks. And what’s more, I can keep track of who’s working what event, the status of the production and productivity. We can easily assign teammates to tasks and get update of every action. ...

I like that it is very customizable

I like that it is very customizable, extremely even. You have the freedom to track your tasks any way you like, set up automatic processes and the software is quite intuitive. I'm using it for my personal/home tasks as well.

Perfect solution for managing team members

PROS: It allows me to use a project visualization tool, it works great. In addition, there’s great drag-and-drop feature, the system is easy to use and straightforward. I can share schedules and tasks with others, I can set up priorities and add notes. CONS: I haven’t found something that I might dislike about this system, everything works great and it can be used by everyone.

Transformative

Monday.com has transformed how our department manages day-to-day operations. We are a more effective and efficient team. Each team member has also shared how Monday.com has increased their engagement and communication. We couldn't go back to pre-Monday.com.

Great for group activities and managing all tasks and projects

PROS: Its UI is well-designed, simple and intuitive. The system is easy to understand and it’s straightforward but this doesn’t mean that you cannot streamline complex tasks. You can keep track of each project and everyone’s task and progress. CONS: It takes some time in order to understand how it works. They could make the option of creating subtasks more simpler. Additionally, it would be great if I cna use it for personal purposes.
