What is going on with this company?

What is going on with this company? Is this some kind of joke? Weeks later still no one to talk to and unable to integrate Twillio as there is a fault confirmed by Twillo with Monday.com. There are plenty of people unemployed so give them a job and start talking to your customers, please. This really bad.

Tried the stringy website trial. Basically a scam selling you excel that saves online for a hefty premium.

Tried the website. It gives you a very stingy free trial that I was hardly able to use due to heavy work loads and not much spare time. However, it is pretty much a rip off of excel (that you can get for free) from what I can see. Just use excel and save to dropbox.

Never used your service (!) just need…

Never used your service (!) just need to vent at your over-saturation of Youtube ads. "Work in a team, you need to try Mondays.com"... Maybe a hundred times?! It's been going on for 8 months, and as much as I hate a bad review of a product, your marketing is part of your product, and if it's irritating, then it's not a good start.

Just did a comparison with other SaaS…

Just did a comparison with other SaaS software used at the company (Zendesk, Google G Suite, Slack) and monday is consistently 66% more expensive /user/month than the other software platforms used. Add to that, that it provides a so much more simple solution and that features such as Google Login is a 'premium addon' feature (that is included in all other software be default), monday just doesn't make any sense no matter how you look at it. Poor support and customer services.

Poor support and customer services.They constantly try to upgrade your account and over charge. We had a 25 user account and exceeded this by 1 so instead of increasing this plan from 25 to 30 they upgrade our plan to pro 50 user charging double the subscription £250 -£470 per month. I had emailed them every day for 4 days prior telling them we didn't want this but they didn't listen

To date I have found your desire to serve customers to be ferociously and atrociously appalling. My COO wanted to trial your service and so I agreed. Since we began our trial I have reached out to your company with questions in an attempt to get support. I have used your contact for twice. I have emailed twice.
