Stay on top of your processes
Fantastic tool to use in order to enhance your interactions between internal processes and clients. Helps keep track of where in the client lifecycle your client currently is, when to make contact and when there are items outstanding. I found that it's very customisable and found the local support team to be very responsive and willing to help.

Monday has become my go-to for everything
Monday has become my go-to for everything. It's flexible, convenient, and has great features that allow me to use it for simple and complex tasks alike. I use it to run one on one meetings, to manage a sprint, to define BDD's by the product, even to define the software architecture for projects. It has so many built in tools that I rarely find myself working in other tools.

Great tool to manage projects
Great tool to manage projects, teams and process. You can customize it a lot! Very fast to change things and great graphics when you want to creat presentations and dashboards. It´s like excel mixed with MS Project and powered with Agile features.

Very useful tool to track your weekly…
Very useful tool to track your weekly activities. It gives visibility to your manager on your workload (if your week is already full they can just keep dumping more stuff on you!) but it also brings a lot of 'mental organization' so you can focus on certain tasks for that week. I always found these task tracking tools boring but this one is actually "fun" to work with. It's nice and quick to check your tasks by changing it to 'done'. use Monday.com YOUR way
I like the ease of Monday.com for different levels of users and their departmental needs. We have some using complex boards for team co-creation management. I use the board set up two different ways. One, as a summary grid for a group who just wants to use it for pulling information and two, another board I call "working" to assign tasks. Cool platform. I like the options very much.
