"Simple, easy-to-setup, easy-to-use and user-friendly"
What do you like best about Mojo Helpdesk? It's a ticket system that is easy to set up, doesn't require constant security updates (because Mojo takes care of that) and doesn't have email delivery issues that I had with OSTicket.
