"Mojo Helpdesk Is a Stupendous Ticketing System"

What do you like best about Mojo Helpdesk? I've used several different helpdesk applications over the years; Jira, Magic/SDE and Spiceworks, just to name a few. However, none of them have impressed me like Mojo has. It's easy to set up and quite enjoyable to use. For example, I was able to get everything set up for my company within a couple of hours compared to Jira which took several hours. "Mojo is great for small teams"

What do you like best about Mojo Helpdesk? One of the things I really like about Mojo Helpdesk is its user-friendly interface. The dashboard is easy to navigate, and it's clear where you need to go to create, track, and manage support tickets. The system is also highly customizable, so you can tailor it to your business needs, such as creating custom fields, labels, and statuses.

What do you like best about Mojo Helpdesk? One of the best features is the metrics for the tickets. These metrics and audit trails allow us to understand better the time required for each issue. All this helps to allocate our resources for tickets better.
