What do you like best about Mojo Helpdesk? It is very user-friendly and allows you to walk through the app easily as well. It allows you to go into the ticket as many times as needed if you were the initial ticket creator.

What do you like best about Mojo Helpdesk? The most helpful thing about mojo is that your able to set the priority of a request. Also, that your able to comment both on the platform and respond via email.
