Excellent cost effective email marketing

What do you like best? Scheduling feature, templates, sequences What do you dislike? Can’t schedule sequences in the future from what I’ve seen. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not having a personal assistant or sales team - I’m able to exponentially increase my response rate with automated email sequences.

Really useful product!

What do you like best? Personalized communication, workflow automation and all accessible from Gmail... what more could you want?! What do you dislike? Navigation screen can feel a bit busy... but apart from that everything is great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Booking meetings with a single email. Our guests picks one of our available times right in the email making it infinitely easier for customers to book time with us.

A helpful place for storing interlinked information and presenting it to outside sources

What do you like best? The filter and view options to present data. What do you dislike? Not being able to lock in a view when shared i.e. if I change what can be displayed in a sheet, it will be publicly changed to anyone who has the link. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Onboarding teams and founders, reporting, sharing information with eternal mentors and investors.

Great for sending out personalised emails

What do you like best? The sequence function, being able to get out hundreds of personalised emails in a click (using csv aggregation) What do you dislike? Not being able to design flows for follow up conversations, therefore having to create a new csv and manually work out the sequence of the next email What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking opening of emails, large scale communication with our teams and founders

Fantastic Product

What do you like best? Personalized communication, workflow automation and all accessible from Gmail. What do you dislike? Homescreen is a bit clunky, could be more stramlined. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reduces the workflow process significantly through automation.

Achieve greater productivity

What do you like best? My two favorite features are the sequencing and how easy it is to set up and use. And the scheduling feature where I can send my availability very easily, and with one click my clients can schedule meetings. Both of these features have increased my productivity quite a bit. What do you dislike? I disliked that in order to make emails personalized there is an extra fee. I am able to send the first email without sequencing to make it personalized but ...

What do you like best? everything is very user friendly and always works well email tracking, sequences, templates, makes email marketing so much easier customer support is also great! Great tool for e-mailing

What do you like best? Auto scheduling follow ups and taking stocks of clicks and downloads. Friendly customer support with instant response. What do you dislike? Limits to 300 e-mails per day and sometimes it gets disconnected due to technical issues, reported earlier. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automate e-mailing to prospects and sub-subsequent followups during campaigns. Easy to navigate and re-scheduling makes very easy.

MixMax is your BFF for email campaigns

What do you like best? MixMax has ample of features that you can use depending on the package - from email campaigns, personalizing each email for a specific person, adding video, files, docs, images, creating logo, different surveys, polls etc, then media like CTA, giphy, link previews from various platforms etc. It has advanced settings so you are sure not to send the same email to the same person twice and much more. Excellent and well thought out tool making email personal and effective

What do you like best? Sequences and templates save both time and energy. Having the ability to mail-merge directly into emails, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate with our CRM all give us the time to provide more personalized and personal emails to our customers. What do you dislike? With the increased ability to send out lots of emails with sequences, it is frustrating to be limited by Gmail's anti-spam limitations.
