Excellent and well thought out tool making email personal and effective

What do you like best? Sequences and templates save both time and energy. Having the ability to mail-merge directly into emails, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate with our CRM all give us the time to provide more personalized and personal emails to our customers. What do you like best? The automation saves me precious time. Its ability to embed actions (scheduling buttons, calls to action, etc) as clickable buttons IN THE EMAIL increases response rates. What do you like best? I love the Mixmax reminders and templates. this has been very helpful in keeping my workflow on track and building report with my clients. They appreciate the timeliness and the personalizations. What do you like best? Two pronged - The ability to create email campaigns is amazing for initial outreach, and responding with scheduled follow ups too. The meeting link templates and ability to insert availability is so helpful. i am 10x more efficient with work since using it. What do you dislike? Inability to do anything mobile. What do you like best? Not only does it have all the features you'd expect, the UI is far superior to other tools I've tried. What do you like best? Mixmax has helped me create workflows that allow me to be more efficient in communicating with my customers.
