What do you like best? The product makes it so easy for us to engage with our customer and for them to engage with us. What do you dislike? Mixmax gives me instant insight!

What do you like best? I can see who opened my emails and how many times. This is valuable to me because I can then see if I need to follow up with a phone call or not. What do you dislike? Sequences are a breeze

What do you like best? I love that you can automate pretty much every response to anything a customer does. What do you dislike? Lead creation from email wasn't as helpful as I thought it would be, What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sequence management. I loved how it wasn't on my mind and would just run automatically.

Great program for increasing productivity

What do you like best? Love the integration with calendy and being able to schedule emails in advance. What do you dislike? I really have no complaints here. Everything works very well. As a sales professional it has helped me pursue the potential customers that are interested but aren't proactive in answwering by showing me the number of times they have opened an email. MixMax makes my day to day communication with clients and managing my CRM a breeze

What do you like best? Automation. Being able to create email campaigns personalized and unique to my clients needs and automate the correct messaging to provide them with a great user experience is huge. Managing 200-300 new customers a month is very difficult to do without the capabilities of MixMax. Being able to use email enhancements to embed videos, GIFs to give clients demonstrations and provide a better experience has made on-boarding new clients much easier for me and them. ...

What do you like best? I loved using the sequences! Tracking was very helpful as well. I liked that it showed if they clicked on links and notified me when emails were viewed. What do you dislike? Excellent Productivity Tool

What do you like best? Mixmax integrates nicely into Google making it very easy to install and use. What do you dislike? I wish my subscription covered all my email accounts (work, personal, etc.) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
