Very good product.

What do you like best? The product makes it so easy for us to engage with our customer and for them to engage with us. What do you dislike? Brilliant tool to increase sales

What do you like best? I never miss a follow up email and when prospecting for new business this is key! Great for sending out personalised emails

What do you like best? The sequence function, being able to get out hundreds of personalised emails in a click (using csv aggregation) What do you dislike? Not being able to design flows for follow up conversations, therefore having to create a new csv and manually work out the sequence of the next email What problems are you solving with the product? MixMax makes my day to day communication with clients and managing my CRM a breeze

What do you like best? Automation. Being able to create email campaigns personalized and unique to my clients needs and automate the correct messaging to provide them with a great user experience is huge. Managing 200-300 new customers a month is very difficult to do without the capabilities of MixMax. Being able to use email enhancements to embed videos, GIFs to give clients demonstrations and provide a better experience has made on-boarding new clients much easier for me and them. ...

As a sales professional it has helped me pursue the potential customers that are interested but aren't proactive in answwering by showing me the number of times they have opened an email. What do you like best? I can see who opened my emails and how many times. This is valuable to me because I can then see if I need to follow up with a phone call or not. What do you dislike?
