What do you like best? Miva Suppport has consistently been responsive and effective through my tenure as a client. No matter what type or level of coomplexity, Miva has proven itself over and over again. What do you like best? There's so many things I like about Miva the company, and Miva Merchant the product. Technical Support: Miva's support team is awesome! When I call in, I immediately get a person. When I create a support ticket, I usually get a response within a day. They also have a very active forum where you can also find help or get tips or news. What do you like best? I have been using Miva for over 10 years with 2 stores and I have had a great experience. The platform is constantly evolving and incorporating new features with the latest technology and security in mind. The tech support is excellent .
